Aoxing Nutrition Announces Plans

For A No Fee Open-End Fund.

February 15, 2019

Aoxing BioPharmaceutical announces the launch of its next generation of wellness, care, and rejuvenation products across its family of brands.

As many new and existing investors looking to invest in index funds know, it's hard to find a reason not to use zero-cost index funds as part of your portfolio. In light of actively managed funds suffering heavy losses in the aftermath of the financial crisis and often times greater losses than what even index funds suffered. Investors new logic continues to play its self out as active managers who often performed worse than low-cost index funds while charging fees of one percent or more proved to be unable to manage market wide losses effectively.  As a solution to this challenge Aoxing Nutrition has positioned itself to offer zero fee index fund products for this shift in assets to lower-fee index funds.

The four funds are the Aoxing Zero Fee S&P 500 Index Fund (EHZFX), Aoxing Zero Fee S&P 500 Inverse Index Fund (EHZIX), Aoxing Zero Fee Small Company Index Fund (EHZSX), Aoxing Zero Fee Mid Company Index Fund (EHZMX). Each fund seeks total market index of each respective securities category designation weighted through internal and financial analyst indications via geography and total market cap. In addition to being zero cost, all six funds once approved by the Regulatory will offer a no minimum to invest.

According to the Investment Company Institute, price has emerged as the dominant factor for investors. JPMorgan estimated earlier this year that the ETFs in the lowest quadrant by expense ratio, those with an expense ratio of 15 bps or below inevitably attracted three-quarters of all net US ETF inflows over the past year.

The Chicago based asset manager said it would begin selling each index fund post Regulatory approvals, in order to give investors non-fee exposure to US and international stocks, tracking Aoxing Nutritions in-house equity indices to cut costs.

“This is absolutely a moment, and one that investors should be celebrating,” said Ben Johnson, an analyst at Morningstar, the mutual fund data provider.

Aoxing Nutrition and other investment advisors have realized, the rise of passive investment vehicles including index-tracking mutual funds and exchange traded funds has sparked ferocious pressure on the prices asset managers can charge. As fee pressures continue Aoxing Nutrition believes the industry will continue to go lower for both active and passive products.

“To be clear, this is a unique thing in the financial industry. It costs the firm money to operate a fund, which includes costs for things like office space, employee salaries, trading, regulatory filings and legal expenses. Fidelity is the first major fund manager willing to absorb these costs for two of its index funds. The new zero-cost funds mean that investors in these funds will experience the same returns as provided by the broad range of stocks that make up the index, without any loss of returns because of fees.”  Christopher Harris, Wells Fargo analyst.
